   Hello and welcome! I’m excited to share this next step in your life adventure with you. TIDAL is designed to challenge and inspire—through scuba diving, hands-on marine learning, and real-world teamwork. Along the way, you’ll gain new skills, experiences, and confidence. Most importantly, TIDAL helps you create options, and having options means being in control of your future. The TIDAL programs are for people willing to give of themselves to help the team. And by doing so... amazing things happen. It's pretty cool! I have been helping communities for over 30 years in Emergency Medicine as a Nurse and Paramedic. Over that time, I discovered that mentorship and giving back to the community are my true passions.
