The program is pretty straight forward and designed to help you learn and feel more confident on a wide variety of topics.

How to be resilient, even when life gets hard
We will hold one Google Meet meeting per month. Show up, participate, meet some new friends and feel better and more prepared.
We will also hold one monthly Community Service event. This is a great time to get to know the TIDAL Team, other participants and to help those in need. And.... food is provided! Check out the calendar for the evnt dates/times.
